How to quit smoking Program

I went back to my early age basically to childhood when I chose to be a smoker. Recognized that it started with sniffling fresh cigarettes smell in a box of my grandpa’s cigarettes at age of 6 or 7. So yesterday I bought a conventional cigarette box my grandpa used to smoke – since I changed to Iqos 4 years ago – and started sniffing and sniffing. At the same time I repeated the access clearing statement a couple of times and guess what was happened. The destruction process started in my head spinning and I had to sit down cause I felt exhausted. It lasted like 10 minutes and basically I saw my all smoking bodies in a video that was running in my head. Then an inner voice told me you won’t smoke again. It was yesterday and didn’t used my iqos since and not even feeling any craving.

Thank you so much for this call. It opened up a lot of awareness… memories of choosing to smoke : 1-1/2 years old – Dad. I love your honesty. I too was around 12 years old and the sex, drugs etc. Wanted to die and attempted suicide multiple times, with a fear to go all the way at the same time. I had not truly acknowledged that for the majority of my life (I’m 52 now), I have been willing to leave. I quit smoking cigarettes last year after almost 40 years and have been vaping since but get the trap in this also. Starting to unwind. What else is possible? I’m ready to live.
