Conscious Sexualness

Shannon, today was the first day I woke up without “hearing” the “nobody likes you” crap….This morning was clear, the day was clear, and I’m just so so grateful… I have been asking for this for so long…Weip?

I’m so grateful for this series! Today I walked downtown via a path by the river and the sexualizes of the flowing water, the birds, the butterflies of the grass and the trees were right there contributing to me in ways I’de not been willing to receive before! Part of the first call was difficult for me to listen to and I became aware that I had lots of sexual energy as a very young child and it was not a good fit for my family, so I shut it off. The cool thing is that I know it’s all there and I’ve really begun to connect with it again!

The day after the 1st Call I had a date with my partner who is the 1st man I am having a conscious relationship and sexual experience with. I recognized that I am more open, more vulnerable, more present… I just feel so much more healed and whole in my connection with myself and my body… after just one call, this is so awesome! So very grateful that I chose this and for everyone who is a part of it!

At the beginning I felt uncomfortable because it is a place nobody explores in this way, and a lot of judgments came up to the surface. But after a while, I felt that everyone who has a body, deserves to know about his/her body. I know that there is a lot of shame and blame in my society, but I was astonished that you also had the same.
